Who I am
Hello, my name is Adán Carlos González Ulloa and I am a specialist in the field of industrial and intellectual property, with a solid academic and professional career in the sector. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in leadership positions, teach future professionals, and influence the creation and modification of industrial property legislation.

Education
My academic training is based on a deep and rigorous study of law and legal practice, both in Latin America and in Europe.

Featured projects
In addition to my academic background and professional experience, I have had the privilege of participating in a number of key projects that have significantly impacted intellectual property and patent law.
The skills that I used and developed in these projects include trademark law and patent law. These experiences have allowed me to expand my knowledge in the field and learn to apply my skills to real world situations, which has prepared me to tackle any challenge in the field of intellectual property and patent law.

“Protect your Idea” Campaign [April 2010 - January 2013].
Associated with the National Institute of Industrial Property, I had the honor of being the organizer of the "Protect your Idea" campaign in 2010. This campaign focused on the enforcement of intellectual property rights and was promoted by INAPI in collaboration with the forces police, the Department of Intellectual Rights, the Public Ministry, the Ministry of the Interior and the National Customs Service.

Project Coordinator "Seal of Origin" [January 2012 - January 2013].
I was coordinator of the "Seal of Origin" Project in 2011-2012. This project focused on the protection of geographical indications and appellations of origin, and was promoted by INAPI and the Ministry of Economy.

Own Image Protection - Structure for to bread-European Research Project [January 2006].
I contributed to the preparation of reports related to Spanish legislation regarding the right to one's own image, within the framework of the "Own Image Protection - Structure for to bread-European Research Project" project of CEPIC.

Stem Cell Patents; European patent Law and Ethics" [January 2005].
I participated in the project "Stem Cell Patents; European patent Law and Ethics" by preparing reports on Spanish legislation. This project was carried out in collaboration with Stockholm University and the European Commission.
